Механизм действия активированных азотсодержащих метаболитов в респираторном тракте: провоспалительное действие (часть 3)

В обзоре литературы изложены современные данные о модулирующем действии монооксида азота в зависимости от уровня его концентрации на воспалительную реакцию и процесс апоптоза. Показано дуальное действие монооксида азота в респираторном тракте — предупреждение развития инфекционного процесса и усиление поражения легочной ткани.
В огляді літератури висвітлені сучасні дані щодо модулюючої дії монооксиду азоту залежно від рівня його концентрації на запальну реакцію та процес апоптозу. Показана дуальна дія монооксиду азоту в респіраторному тракті — попередження розвитку інфекційного процесу та посилення ураження легеневої тканини.
The literature review presents current data about modulating action of nitrogen monoxide on the inflammatory response and the apoptotic process depending on its concentration. There is demonstrated a dual action of nitric oxide in the respiratory tract — prevention of infection and strengthening the destruction of lung tissue.
